Jackrabbit Homestead has found a new home! The cabin is open for public viewing at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center at 9700 29 Palms Highway, Yucca Valley, CA 92252. If driving from the west on Highway 62, the entrance is on the north side of the highway just after you pass the Joshua Tree community welcome sign. You will see the cabin to the left as you enter the sculpture garden. Park at the office or cafe, which is open daily. The cabin is on view daily from 9 am to 5 pm. Use the QR code on the sign to listen to the audio program on your smartphone.
